Bloorcourt Streetscape Project

On Thursday April 26, 2012 at 6:30 pm, the Bloorcourt BIA will host a Streetscape Community Consultation, which will outline the streetscape transformation that will be taking place over the next few years.

Area residents, businesses, property owners are encouraged to attend to provide feedback as to which areas of the plan they would like to see be implemented, in order of priority.

The results of the plan will create a cleaner, more contemporary physical environment.

Examples include:

* Replacing the existing concrete box tree planters with trees at grade level

* Replacing existing street furniture

* More bicycle parking

* The creation of focus areas to accomodate events and festivals
